Personal data

In general, you can visit this website without having to disclose your identity or provide any personal information.

The information entered in the contact and membership forms (identity, contact details, organisation and, for membership, the attached payment form) is used solely by eG4U to answer your request and manage your membership. It is sent by email to the people in charge of processing it and is never transferred to third parties.

Retention periods: contact requests are kept for 3 years from the last exchange; membership data is kept for the whole membership period and for 3 years after it ends; bank details are not stored on the website and are deleted by eG4U when the direct debit mandate ends, subject to accounting and legal obligations (10 years for accounting records).

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@eg4u.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
